Who are Watch DOGS? How can you become a Watch DOG?
|
What do you do as a Watch DOG? Watch DOGS are welcome at Pleasant Valley Middle and Pleasant Valley Primary! When you volunteer to be a Watch DOG you must first check in at the school's office. You will receive a Watch DOG vest, and a schedule for the day. Watch DOGS are particularly helpful during transition times at each school, helping maintain the safety and security of our students. Recess time can be a great opportunity for Watch DOGS to engage with students and reduce bullying on our playgrounds. Many Watch DOGS find that volunteering in classrooms can be equally rewarding. And Watch DOGS are not limited to only the classrooms that have their students on the roster. |
